To provide credible, dependable and traceable measurement services meeting or surpassing customer expectation by following national / international standards ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Committing to implement, maintain and improve the quality management system conforming to ISO 9001-2015 and ensure that its personnel are well trained in the documentation and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

  • Management and Staff of the laboratory are committed to serve their customers with professional calibration services traceable to National/International Standards supported by written procedures and meet the stated and implied customer’s requirements.
  • Meet the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Continually improve the quality management system
  • Provide reliable and consistent calibration services complying with the requirements of ISO/ IEC 17025: 2017.
  • Familiarise with the quality documentation and implement the policies and procedures in calibration activities
  • Impartial on all laboratory activities
  • Laboratory shall promote a collective commitment to good professional practice and continual improvement in the quality of services. The actions necessary for improvement shall be implemented.a

Quality Objectives

  • To meet the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017(E) and the specific requirements for electro-technical, thermal, mechanical parameters as per  NABL-129.
  • To render calibration and measurement services traceable to national & international standards as per the quality policy requirements enunciated by the management
  • To train the personnel working in the laboratory to meet the requirements and to implement them in the area of their work.
  • To achieve minimal customer complaints and non-conformities during audits.
  • To evaluate the laboratory through internal audits and QC checks and inter lab comparison on a continual basis.
  • On time calibration certificate delivery.
  • Maintaining accreditation as per NABL(ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 Accredited Calibration Laboratory by NABL Vide Certificate Number CC: 1045, ISO 9001: 2015 Certified lab) norms.
  • To improve the quality of calibration and testing services by adding the latest equipment to the laboratory.
